The 15x£15+£1500 is a support package for our new starts.
In which we guarantee £1800 for your first four weeks of work provided you meet 3 criteria:
You’re in the field Monday - Friday for your first four weeks
You get paid on 15 x £15 applications (£10 apps do not count towards the target)
Raise a total of £1500 in one-off donations over your first four weeks
To opt in, please speak to your manager on your first day in the field.
If you opt in, for the first four weeks your commissions will be capped at £1800. Should you make less than £1800 in commissions we will add the deficit, provided the three criteria above are met.
If you do not meet any of the three criteria by the end of the first four weeks you will still be paid at the regular commission rate as per Schedule A in your Independant Sales Advisor Agreement.
If you would like to have an uncapped performance based pay structure from the start you must let your manager know on your first day in the field.
