Training

Two instances where we need to have the VA on self training:
Reassignment of an account from a previous VA
Assignment of a new account
Check our Reassignment/Assignment Channel in slack for any new accounts that needs to be reassigned/assigned Refer to Form for Closed Prospects (Responses) for details of the account. Check all platforms/apps that the VA needs to know. During account briefing, ask VA which platforms she is not familiar with. If the onboarding call is on the same day, wait for it to be done so Daisy can make sure what apps/platforms they need training on. But if the onboarding call will be on the next day, you can start adding training hours on apps/platforms mentioned in the clients info on the Form for Closed Prospects (Responses). Post the training details in Training Needs Slack channel Schedule training hours in VA’s schedule. Provide the training form they need to complete and submit right after their training hours: TRAINING FORM Check their submission if it needs revisions.Reply in the email confirming they have submitted the training form. Make sure this is noted in schedule for invoice tally
