Sending Team Schedules

Always update the template in the Human Asset’s email and the Support Email to make it easier for you to send the schedules

When sending to team members:

Subject line (Human Asset): Your Work Schedule for the Period of (Month, Date - Month, Date, Year)
Send each schedule to each team member’s work email (name@uplevelsolutions.com)

When sending to clients:

Subject line (Support Email): Your Uplevel Solutions Assistant's Schedule for the Period of (Month, Date - Month, Date, Year)
Send each schedule per client using the sected changes in the scheupport email
If there are unexpdule, always send a copy to the team member via email
Send an email to those accounts that will be affected using the support email.
Template: **schedule change**[IMPORTANT] Schedule adjustment for [insert date]
