In these phases, Leny/Jean will facilitate the roleplay with the applicants who passed the Hard Skills Training and 2 of our rockstar VA’s will facilitate the peer interview.
Folders in Google Drive
Download all their answers from Soft Skills Training up to the Hard Skills Training Part two.
Save the file in PDF format. (Print email and click Save as PDF) the upload it in Drive
File name (Name - Soft Skills Answers/Hard Skills 1 or 2)
Download and Upload their NDA, NC and Resume/CV too

Let them fill up the Family and Household Preparedness sheet.
