Resignation with 2-3 weeks notice

Schedule an exit interview with the employee to discuss their resignation and obtain any feedback or concerns.
Inform internal team, if resignation came in after precore, add this in capacity notes to begin reassignment. If resignation came in before precore, discuss this during the meeting so we can begin reassignment process.
Remind CR to send reassignment template.
Start reassignment process, new VA should shadow previous VA for at least 3 days minimum. If the need arises, shadowing can be extended up to 2 weeks.
Once transition is done, check for process documents if it’s updated.
Wish the employee well in their future endeavors and express gratitude for their contributions to the company.
Suspend all accounts access.
