Pre-Screening Applicants

IMPORTANT NOTE: Always check their responses, check their grammars, “I” not “i”
Once the applicant passed the prescreening process, add their info in a new sheet and name the sheet depending on their COHORT number (e.g., Cohort 38)
Once the interview date is confirmed, send them an invite to book an interview using Calendly
Send an invite using the Human Asset Gmail, using the template.

Using the same Cohort Interview Sheet you created, list all the name and email addresses of the applicants you have invited
Create a checkbox so you can mark when they confirmed or not
