Performance review process starts once we receive an email from our team member requesting for one.

Once a request comes in, review the KPI of the team member and check if he/she is eligible for the review.
KPI includes:
Communication
Effective Communication of Confidential Information
Transparency in Communication
Collaboration
Team Collaboration and Interpersonal Relations
Collaboration Initiatives
Conscientiousness
Compliance with Procedures
Attention to Detail and Adherence to Confidentiality
Commitment
Continuous Improvement and Professional Development
Team member will fill out the pre-performance review form and meet with Leny to discuss.
Pre-meeting for performance review (Team member and Leny)
Agenda:
Discuss the form filled out by the team member
Discuss the KPI
Inform the team member if he/she is eligible for a performance review.
Send performance feedback request to clients assigned to the team member. Use Metchell’s email to send these requests, template is in their email.
Build Team member’s performance deck/tab.

Once ready, submit to Metch for approval
Pre-meeting for performance review (Metch and Leny)
Agenda:
Discuss the deck for performance review
Agree to a schedule for the review
Block the calendar for the review
Once review is done, print (save as PDF) the deck and send it to the team member.
Update the PR sheet for new rate.
