Screenshot Monitor Report: Check their screenshots if there are any unrelated activities that are affecting/can affect the client’s billable hours. Also, check if they are logging in on time and if there are idle hours, and/or if they are working outside of their schedules. See admin log-ins
Process Documents: Make sure that their process docs are complete and updated. (All accounts covered in their invoice should have process docs). Make sure to check if the process documents are working and understandable. Make sure all tasks have video demos. You can check our Process Docs guide/ template
EOD, EOW reports: All EODs and EOWs should be complete for the whole invoice period. These documents should be attached in their invoice email.
Screenshot monitor total hours VS. Scheduled hours - make sure that the hours are equivalent from the schedules we sent vs. the total hours they have from the screenshot monitor website. If there is a big difference, check if they have a note about their SS monitor that has to be approved by Metch (Reached max limit of SS monitor hours, forgot to to turn on SS monitors, SS monitor tech issues, etc.)
Inform Metch once you finished tallying everyone’s total hours - send her the Tally sheet
