In this phase, We will provide an overview of the software that our team members are usually using. We will also discuss how to handle our clients, and how to properly manage the email, calendar, and social media accounts of the clients. Hard Skills Training is divided in 2 days, two hours each.
Once Hard Skills Training 1 is done, (you) will send the first assignment for Hard Skills Training. Once received, Metch and Katrina will evaluate again their answers. (Formatting of email, written communication skills, etc) Hard Skills Training Presentation: Once Hard Skills Training Part Two is done, assignment number two will be sent to the trainees. After all the assignments are submitted, (you) will create a folder in Human Asset’s Google Drive. (Folder Name: Cohort #, inside the folder, create subfolders with the name of each trainees) Metchell and Katrina will evaluate all answers from Soft Skills to Hard Skills Training and decide who will be onboarded to the team.
