Daily Check-in

Always check-in with our team members weekly per account on Slack. Tip: Check-in during the hours they are currently working on the account you want to check. See sample check-in questions below:
What are you working on now?
What are the tasks you have for today?
Are you having any challenges? Do you have questions on how to start?
Always ask probing questions to the team members so we can make sure that they are being honest to avoid any conflicts with the clients in the future
If in any case that the VA is having challenges, check-in every day and ask them to post half-hourly updates in their account’s channel
If there’s a client fire, ask the team member to jump on Zoom call with you.
Always update the client relations and tag the whole internal team for all the notes you have from the meeting

Weekly Check-in

For weekly check-in, make sure that the check-in is scheduled for 4 random team members on Fridays - see template
Ensure that the one-hour check-in calls are plotted in their schedules
