Absences

Always check if there are messages from the team members via text, Slack, or email.
Once confirmed that they will be absent, fill out the form and post it on Slack channel

Next is to update the schedule and the account trackers. Ensure that the missed hours are indicated properly
Lastly, send an email to the clients affected using the proper template in the support email: **ABSENT / ATTENDANCE EMAIL ** IMPORTANT: [team member] is absent today
Make sure to add the missed hours for next week’s schedule
