essentials:

it works with texts and numbers
only with editable columns, not formula driven columns
image URLs work, images & files not
it takes about 1 minute to sync
when you delete a row in one doc, it remains in the other doc and it puts itself back
to avoid this, we need an additional button driven logic which is not yet put in place.
as the two sync table is not a good solution in every context, neither this one
