About this role

Coda is looking for a Technology Partnerships Manager to nurture and grow our ecosystem through product integrations and new distribution channels. You will help develop and expand Coda’s technology partner ecosystem. You will be highly cross-functional, working closely with team members in marketing, product and engineering, and sales to increase adoption of our technology partners, take new partners to market and build long-standing, strategic relationships within our ecosystem. You will report into our Head of Partnerships.
This role requires the creative positioning of a new product in a changing landscape, in addition to technical know-how and a sharp attention to detail. Someone who's successful in this role can assess and prioritize partner opportunities, grow relationships that ensure those opportunities, and execute strategies that increase our ecosystem’s scale.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with Head of Partnerships and other cross-functional leaders to establish foundations of our Technology Partnerships strategy aligned with critical product goals and company OKRs
Recruit and nurture new partners to collaborate with Coda coordinating the process from discovery through activation and ongoing relationship management
Identify, define, and develop compelling partner-oriented solutions and integration roadmap(s) with Coda in collaboration with Partner’s product teams and internal Coda stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal)
Develop joint business plans with partners, plan and forecast growth for key channel and partner accounts
Engage with key stakeholders to define and implement high impact, joint sales and go-to-market programs
Develop compelling partner narratives and solution overviews to be used in relevant distribution channels including partner integration specs, co-marketing campaigns and promotion opportunities to drive adoption and activation of Coda
Bring feedback on partner pain-points and uncertainties to the product team, to improve Coda's features and functionality

You may be a great fit for this role if:

You have 5+ years of Partnership / Business Development experience focused on B2B SaaS or marketplace / platforms
Strong technical skills including high-level understanding of APIs and development lifecycle along with a deep familiarity with docs, sheets, and other common productivity tools
Experience managing a large and diverse partner portfolio ー including strategic accounts and small development shops
You can find and nurture new opportunities - developing strategies, finding partners, working with product and go-to-market are normal activities for you
