Enabling HDRP Debug

This debug mode helps to see and tune your DoF settings You can access the RP debugging two ways:
In play mode:
Window > Render Pipeline > Render Pipeline Debug >Rendering (tab)
set Full-Screen Debug Mode to DepthOfFieldCoC
