Pam Beta Terms

1. Beta Status

The AI PamPam Bot ("Pam") is currently in beta testing phase. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for testing and evaluation purposes only.

2. Service Description

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and provide location-based recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that the Service:

Is experimental and under development

May contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies

May generate incorrect or incomplete travel information

May provide outdated or inaccurate location data

May experience interruptions or complete failure

3. No Warranties

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Accuracy of location data

Reliability of travel recommendations

Completeness of itineraries

Availability or continuity of the Service

Fitness for any particular purpose

4. Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages

Losses arising from following incorrect directions or location information

Time or resources spent following generated itineraries

Any inconvenience, delay, or loss resulting from use of the Service

Personal injury or property damage resulting from reliance on the Service

5. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

You use the Service at your own risk

You should independently verify all location information and recommendations

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when following AI-generated suggestions

You should maintain awareness of your surroundings when following directions

You should consult official sources for critical travel information

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or costs arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

Change these terms without prior notice

Remove or modify any features during the beta testing phase

8. Feedback

While we welcome feedback on the Service's performance, we are not obligated to:

Implement any suggestions

Fix reported issues

Maintain any specific feature or functionality

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
