Objective:

To recognize and reward students for their consistent learning efforts on our online learning platform by awarding digital badges based on their learning streak. This initiative aims to:
Encourage students to maintain their learning streak.
Enhance motivation by recognizing dedication and consistency.
Generate UGC (User-Generated Content) on LinkedIn and other platforms, increasing brand visibility and engagement.

Badge Tiers & Criteria:

Students will receive digital badges based on the number of consecutive days they have visited the platform from the start date of the user to April 8th 2025, (end date).
Blue Colored badge
100+ days
150+ days
200+ days
250+ days
Golden Colored Badge
300+ days
350+ days
400+ days
450+ days
Pink Neon colored Badge
500+ days
550+ days
600+ days
650+ days
700+ days
Each badge will include:
Student’s name
Exact streak number
Badge design with respective milestone (e.g., 100+ days, 200+ days, etc.)

Plan of Action (Phase-wise Execution)

Phase 1: Ideation & Planning

Define the initiative’s objectives and KPIs.
Finalize the badge design and levels.
Decide the criteria for awarding the badges.
Outline the implementation strategy and timeline.

Phase 2: Development & Design

Design Team: Create visually appealing badge templates with placeholders for names and streak numbers.
Tech Team: Develop an automated system to track student streaks and assign badges.
Marketing Team: Draft messaging and communication strategy for awareness and promotion.
Social Media Team: Plan engagement posts and LinkedIn sharing mechanisms.

Phase 3: Implementation & Testing

Tech Team: Deploy the badge assignment feature on the platform.
QA Team: Test the accuracy of streak calculations and badge distribution.
Marketing Team: Prepare announcement emails, WhatsApp messages, and platform notifications.
Social Media Team: Create a LinkedIn sharing prompt for students to share their badges easily.

Phase 4: Launch & Promotion

Announce the initiative via emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Conduct live Q&A sessions to clarify doubts and create excitement.
Ensure smooth badge rollout and encourage sharing on LinkedIn.

Phase 5: Continuous Monitoring & Engagement

Tech Team: Fix bugs, if any, and ensure seamless badge allocation.
Marketing & Community Team: Keep engaging students with leaderboard updates, streak challenges, and featured student stories.
Social Media Team: Re-share student posts to amplify UGC and engagement.

Success Metrics:

Student Participation: Percentage of eligible students claiming badges.
Engagement Rate: LinkedIn posts, likes, comments, and shares generated.
Retention Impact: Increase in students maintaining their streak.
Brand Visibility: Growth in LinkedIn impressions and reach.
