Week 2 (Body + Mind)

Theme: Presence (1 min 15 s 🎬)
Drills:
- be away from your phone/screens for at least 2 hours straight (or 4, or 6!) (1 min 18 s 🎬)
- literally go find some grass and touch it. (45 Seconds 🎬)
- try and meditate for at least 10 minutes (1 min 55 Seconds 🎬)
Example: Focus on your breath for 25 straight breaths
Example 2: Count to 100 slowly
Example 3: Cooking or baking!
Example 4: Walking/hiking/running (& simply being present instead of engaging with the thinking mind”)
