How to get/lose points:

Practice - You will receive 5 points for every practice that you attend.

Practice Questions - You will receive 1 point for each question you answer correctly during practice. You will receive 3 points if it was a power.

Weekly Quiz - Each week we will have a 7 minute weekly quiz on a predetermined topic for each question you get correct you will receive 5 points towards your overall placement score. You will not be able to retake missed quizzes if you are not at that practice.

Behavior - If you disrupt practice you will be subtracted 10 points each time. After 30 distraction points have been deducted you will no longer be eligible for the HHS scholars bowl team.

Prizes:

Top scorer at the first practice in may will receive the title as team captain, work with Mrs. Bain to pick the team for competition, and receive a gift card.

The top four scorers will be eligible for a fun day at the end of the school year.

The top six scorers will receive a pizza party at the end of the year.
