Mail merge Instructions

Add your own contacts to the
Messages to send

. Include the contact’s email and a CC email (optional)
Write a new message in
Message templates
⁠
. For variables, use numbered brackets like {1}, {2}, etc. See the
FORMAT formula
⁠
for more details.
Add columns in
Messages to send
⁠
for each variable unique to that person. In the example below, there are 3 variables: first name, table number, and assigned concierge.
Update the formula in the Message column to reference those variables (expand for example)

Click the button to either create a Gmail draft or send the email directly.
If you need to reset the send, delete the text that appears in the Sent? column after you click the buttons.
