Part of the Hoyt Arboretum - Across the street from the Info Center & Bathrooms

Vendors can arrive as early as 8:00am.

Guests arrive at 4:00pm.

Ceremony begins at 4:15pm.

Buses pick up at 5:45pm.

Must have pavilion cleaned and cleared out by 9:00pm.

Blockhouse

Part of the Pomarius Nursery.

Vendors can arrive at 12:00pm, but cannot access the Pomarius Canopy until 4:00pm.

Guests cannot arrive before 6:00pm.

Last call must be at 11:00pm.

Space must be cleaned and cleared out by 1:00am.
