We are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across both our self-serve and managed sales motions. This is a highly visible and strategic role with the opportunity to shape how we bring our products to market, scale revenue, and deliver value to customers at every stage of their journey.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Act as the primary finance business partner to the GTM leaders, providing data-driven insights that influence strategic direction. Lead annual operating plans, monthly re-forecasts, and scenario modeling for GTM functions. Partner with Revenue Ops, Product, and Growth to ensure alignment of financial plans with operational execution. Lead variance analysis and performance reviews with GTM leadership, explaining drivers and recommending corrective actions. Build deep financial models to support investment prioritization, market expansion, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation analysis. Support GTM headcount planning, quota setting, commission cost modeling, and incentive compensation analysis. Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales Ops, and Data to ensure data integrity and consistent reporting frameworks. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing GTM Finance team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fields in technology or high-growth SaaS environments, with significant exposure to GTM. Proven track record partnering with senior executives and influencing cross-functional decisions. Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for mentoring talent and leading cross-functional teams. Best-in-class individual contributor skills—financial modeling, dashboarding, and comfort with data tools (e.g., SQL, Pigment, BI platforms). Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: $337,000 - $400,000 (USD)
