The Opportunity

As Superhuman evolves from a single-product company into a multi-product AI productivity suite, we’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Marketing for Education to define and drive the enterprise marketing strategy that fuels demand generation and growth across our Education portfolio.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility, with clear growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, ops, product marketing, performance, content, field events, customer success, and others to create campaigns that accelerate growth across our most strategic accounts. This is a critical role for a senior marketer who can operate independently, influence cross-functional partners, and translate new business opportunities into concrete marketing programs.
You will go beyond executing account-based programs to help shape and operationalize the enterprise GTM strategy, develop integrated campaign playbooks, and lead cross-functional execution that drives awareness, demand, and growth across new and existing strategic accounts.
Superhuman's go-to-market teams are shaping the future of workplace communication. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the use of our innovative and trustworthy AI productivity tools. We strive to ensure that every organization can communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently. If you are passionate about transforming the way professionals connect and collaborate, we would love to hear from you.
As the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will:
Shape the new managed enterprise marketing motion for Superhuman for Education, driving enterprise demand, pipeline growth, and expansion across the AI productivity suite.
Translate GTM priorities into clear campaign roadmaps and partner with leadership to refine how enterprise segments are defined over time
Define and execute integrated, full-funnel, personalized campaigns spanning awareness through expansion across channels including events, webinars, email, paid ads, content experiences, direct mail, and executive outreach.
Leverage AI-augmented account intelligence, using predictive analytics and first-party intent data, to prioritize and adapt target accounts continuously. Work closely with Sales to identify priority accounts, align on strategies, and design tailored campaigns for buyer personas and deal stages.
Define and track full-funnel success metrics for your pillar; analyze performance and share insights to inform segmentation, messaging, and investment decisions. Use platforms like 6sense, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to orchestrate customer journeys and measure impact.
Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, RevOps, and others to deliver marketing programs that support deal progression and expansion.
Partner with Product Marketing and use Gong insights to refine messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with Superhuman for Education to increase conversion from self-serve signups to qualified leads and sales engagement.
Continuously test, learn, and optimize, applying a data-driven experimentation mindset backed by real-time analytics and KPI dashboards.
Innovate with GenAI tools for scalable personalization in content generation, messaging, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise demand generation or integrated GTM programs within a defined scope or segment.
Experience partnering with sales, product marketing, field marketing, revops, and customer success teams to build and execute marketing programs that support deal progression and expansion. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaboratively shape revenue-driving programs
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, including account-based engagement strategies.
Expertise in full-funnel measurement: from early stage engagement metrics to deal size, velocity, and upsell lifetime value. Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and evaluating full-funnel success metrics and using performance insights to improve results
Deep familiarity with intent intelligence tools, predictive analytics platforms (6sense, Demandbase), AI-driven personalization engines, and GTM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Reachdesk).
Creative thinker with the ability to connect insights to compelling campaigns.
Comfortable evaluating campaign results and using data to guide next steps.
Experience with product-led/self-serve motions is a plus.
