To support our ambitious growth, we’re looking for a (Senior) Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations to lead and evolve our go-to-market (GTM) planning and drive business performance through data-driven insights. This role will be central to shaping how we forecast, plan, and operate across our GTM motion.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a strategic thinker who thrives on creating structure, solving complex business problems, and unlocking sales productivity and efficiency at scale.

Your Impact

As the (Senior) Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations, you’ll be a key member of the Revenue Operations leadership team. You will serve as a trusted partner to our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, leaders, while working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Data Science and other teams.

The Opportunity

Trusted Advisory to Senior Leaders: Deliver proactive insights that shape strategy and execution, deliver continuous improvement to operational excellence of GTM organization. Influence cross-functional decision-making to ensure GTM alignment. Maintain business agility as strategies evolve.
Strategic GTM Planning & Execution: Partner with GTM leadership to define and evolve the company’s go-to-market strategy across segments, regions, and products. Lead strategic planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, coverage strategies, and quota setting.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to identify growth opportunities, business trends, and performance gaps. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership to proactively impact performance.
Drive Operating Cadence: Define and manage key metrics to assess business health and guide strategic decision making. Develop executive level business reviews. Standardize sales behaviors when it comes to forecasting & comp planning.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles; SaaS or tech industry required.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales motions and GTM structures.
Experience in. identifying, hiring, and developing talent
Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and improve GTM performance.
Expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Netspring), and data modeling.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States: Zone 1: $337,000 – $463,000/year (USD) [Senior Director]
