Partner with sales leaders on capacity planning, segmentation models, and coverage strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and funnel health to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development teams to improve lead flow, scoring, routing, and conversion from lead to qualified opportunity. Implement workflows and feedback loops that drive faster response times, higher conversion, and increased pipeline quality.
GTM Strategy Execution: Support the development and rollout of new GTM motions and sales plays as business strategies evolve. Translate strategic initiatives into operational plans and ensure proper enablement, tooling, and process support. Act as a thought partner to GTM leadership in scaling the organization and driving alignment across teams.
User Experience & Field Engagement: Work directly with sales teams to understand pain points, gather feedback, and continuously improve tools, processes, and training. Ensure that operational initiatives are field-friendly and drive measurable impact on seller productivity and satisfaction.
