I teach a module in TCD called ‘Advanced Medical Imaging’ to our MSc students. It is 5 ECTS and ranges from clinical imaging (MRI/X-ray/PET etc) all the way to biomedical research imaging (super resolution microscopy/multiphoton/FLIM FRET).
The practical part is a lab on multiphoton SHG, and polarized light microscopy of collagenous samples with image processing.
