The Coda document acts as an easy to use checklist for safety representatives.
First, complete the name of the area, Inspector name and the e-mail addresses of the managers in the "Your Details" section.
Then check the boxes to indicate whether the area conforms to the criteria on the Checklist.
After reviewing the Report press the send e-mail button, and your manager will receive an e-mail of only the items that need attention.
Pressing the "Clear Form" button will reset all the Check boxes to false.
