Bio
In the past few years, I have been advising family offices on investments and portfolio management.
Recently a French family office hired me to advise on their Italian illiquid portfolio.
Before this, I pursued an entrepreneurial (ad)venture in late stage venture capital, and an international corporate career in Private Equity asset management.
Since I have always had an interest for digital businesses, a few years ago I have also started an advisory practice to help SMEs on R&D strategy and debt or equity financing. I developed an expertise for writing technical and financial documents and for raising capital for innovative products.
I have completed an MBA at Columbia University and a BA at Bocconi university.
I don't believe my achievements have had a significant impact on the world so far, so I am trying to change that. To do something meaningful I decided to acquire specialized and technical skills and focus on creating media, publishing and education businesses inside companies to build audiences, find investors and improve results for product based businesses.
This is my current challenge and the goal I am pursuing.
I have matured experiences in different industries, including private equity investments, digital strategy and financing advisory for technology transformations at different companies.
I started my career at Merrill Lynch Investment Management as Product Specialist raising capital from UHNWIs for illiquid investments. Post grad, I have moved into more analytical jobs like Investment Manager at Private Equity fund Hines. I slowly gained a growing exposure to investor relations and capital raising activities which I have been doing for the past 10 years.
