Review camera angles and provide feedback on if camera angle adjustments or new cameras are needed

Provision user accounts for selected cameras for Savi with following configuration: (1) Remote live view access, (2) remote access to adjust sub-stream encoding/configuration, and (3) consistent username/password across all cameras across all sites (if possible)

Order new cameras (if needed) to Dutch Bros HQ

Ship new cameras (if needed) to individual locations

Ship monitors and monitor arms to individual locations

Ship edge & monitor edge devices to Dutch Bros HQ

Add cameras to the Savi platform

Configure Customer Flow AI, setup customer accounts

Calibrate Customer Flow AI during first 5-7 days of data of data gathering

Review data, analytics, and dashboard for accuracy
