⚠️ The host of the weekly is responsible of creating and arranging the corresponding event here in this page, along with

slides in Miro⁠

⚠️ Vacations and time off of each team member should be

managed in Factorial.⁠

Once approved, it would be nice to set them in this page as well

For the sake of visibility, all events concerning NiR members (i.e. workshops, visits, retros, etc.) and set on GCalendar, regardless of who is hosting it, should be including HR and managements as optionals

Weekly dynamics

Remember that our sessions are 60 minutes long and, each week, there are different topics to share and discuss, however, there is a common agenda to follow:

Mood tracking (10’)

News from Nacarians and from business (15’)

Stand up to review NiR backlog (15’)

Update status (if any) in Lineup and Calendar, individually (3’)

Calendar
