AppFolio: We run our entire Property Management platform on AppFolio. This is a large-scale, user friendly application that serves all tenant / management needs. We have introduced AppFolio at a number of other buildings we manage and the feedback has been great.

On AppFolio you will be able to:
Pay Rent
Easily pay rent using your tenant portal.
AppFolio will allow tenants to set up a recurring ACH payment from a checking or savings account completely free of charge and will save the trouble of having to mail or drop off a check every month. It will also process credit card rent payments for a fee (to them) if you so desire.
Electronic Cash Payment Option
Should you choose this method of pay, we will email you a reusable PaySlip that you can use at Walmart, CVS, 7-Eleven, Casey’s, or Ace Cash Express to pay your rent. The same payslip can be used every month. Simply, show the clerk your personalized slip and proceed to pay your balance.
Submit Maintenance Requests & Inquiries
AppFolio also has the robust feature that allows you to send maintenance requests, general inquiries, share lease renewals etc. over the online portal that can be viewed by multiple people at one time. This will be a much more effective way for tenants to interact with management than e-mail. That means, if you send us a maintenance request, it will automatically be seen by our managers, supers, and vendors for a fast response time.
