Challenges

The Dugout Drop-in Centre Society is looking to revamp and improve their online presence and identity, improve their fundraising, recruiting and community engagement capabilities, and improve messaging around their programs and services.

Solutions

The Dugout has already identified Shopify as a long-term solution to their online challenges.
We will work with The Dugout to create a modern Shopify website that tells their unique story and clearly provides information on the programs and services they provide, develop the tools needed to boost fundraising and donation efforts, and supports efforts to recruit volunteers and connect with the community at large.
Work with The Dugout to create a compelling new visual identity for use on the new website and beyond.
Using our in-house Shopify theme, design and develop a unique experience that leverages Shopify’s tools to create a powerful fundraising and donations platform.
Assist The Dugout team in identifying and collecting quality content for the new website.
Identify, install, and setup any required apps to support The Dugouts recruiting and messaging needs.

Services & Costs

Branding design: $2500
Work with The Dugout to create a new visual identity
Provide The Dugout with a comprehensive style guide for brand consistency
Create and provide multiple assets for various use-cases and platforms (print, web, social media, etc) *Design services for specific products not-included as-is (ex. business cards, signage, etc)

Shopify Design & Development: $7500
Shopify development store setup
Custom theme design and development from in-house boiler plate theme
Work with The Dugout to collect and curate existing content for the new website
Install & configure apps required for donations & fundraising, recruitment, etc.
Migration of development site to live environment
Ensure existing/legacy url structures are properly reoriented for SEO purposes
Install and configure Klaviyo to be used as main contact management system for patrons, volunteers, and staff as well as newsletter marketing

Payment Terms

25% deposit is required to ensure project start date
25% upon commencement of project
25% upon final sign-off of development website
25% upon completion of project

Timeline

We will be able to kickstart this project mid-July, and expect that it will take approximately three months to complete from commencement.
