Responsibilities:
Own a full sales cycle role selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size to large-size corporates in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding China) Work closely with SDRs to close opportunities they generate, as well as self-source your own Consistently close new business at or above quota level Own and iterate full cycle commercial sales pitches using a consultative sales approach to bring commercial deals across the finish line Prioritize strategically valuable accounts and opportunities in line with our sales approach and strategy Build business cases for VPs/COOs at mid-size organizations and senior managers/ directors at large-size organizations Work cross-functionally, with Product & Marketing departments, to provide key market feedback on client and consultant needs Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of successful B2B/SaaS sales experience, preferably in the human resources technology space A deep passion to transform the healthcare system in Asia-Pacific, especially mental health Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales. Fluency in English (another language will be a plus) Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Outstanding knowledge of MS Office/ Google Workplace; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity Strong background and track record of success (e.g. over quota) as an individual contributor Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change
