Oyinkansola runs Niyo enterprise, a company that specializes in using technology to economically empower black women.
This organisation currently has two brands: Niyo Hair and Beauty and Niyo Network.
Niyo Hair and Beauty is a technology driven mobile afro hair and beauty service that services 400 clients across the midlands whilst economically empowering hairstylists.
Niyo Network exists to empower black women to pursue their business ideas and career aspirations through technology driven bootcamps.
She has just trained over 250 black women to become full stack developers, data analysts, technical architects and Unity Developers through the “black codher” bootcamp & black disruptor bootcamps, one of the projects under Niyo network and is set to empower a further 400 women this year.
Some of her women have secured roles in KMPG and many more. Oyin holds a MSc in Development Economics and a BA in Business Management & Economics.
She has spoken at Women In tech Festival, Vodafone UK, KPMG, Africa Tech Week, Birmingham Tech week and many more.

Oyinkansola Adebayo has a wealth of experience and passion towards diversity & inclusion within tech, social mobility, beauty tech and equity for Black women.
