We got you covered with common sense benefits that can help you when you need it most. To be eligible, you need to be a W2 employee and work at least 20 hours / week. During onboarding, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred coverage in Rippling. You can always view your current enrollment status in your Rippling profile.

Medical

For an HSA-compatible Bronze PPO plan with Aetna, we cover
100% of the cost for employees and 50 % for insured dependents.
You have a choice of 5 different plans and only pay the cost-difference.
If you choose another plan option, you can pay the difference as a pre-tax deduction. For significant life events and once a year, you get to make a new choice. We plan to add more carriers in the future as we grow, so let us know if you’d like to see something specific.
HSA (health spending account)
The base Aetna plan is compatible with an HSA account. You can choose higher pre-tax deductions to contribute to your account. If you opt for an HSA, you will receive a debit card through Rippling that you can use for any eligible health-related expenses. Note that funds in an HSA account roll over from year to year and you can take them with you, if you leave the company. This can help make medical care more affordable below the annual deductible set by your insurance plan.

Commuter Benefits

Commuter benefits allow you to take a little bit of money out of each paycheck before taxes to fund an account for parking or public transport expenses. If you enroll, Rippling will send you a debit card for eligible expenses.

Workers’ Comp

Not a benefit, really. But if you are injured at work, Workers’ Compensation Insurance kicks in. All employees are covered by GaeaStar. So, if you are hurt at work, have a medical condition due to your occupation, or an existing work-related medical condition that has become worse, you can file a Disability Insurance claim.
