When you check in with Mic Check 5 days in a row on your phone, you’ll not only be able to see your check ins over time but it’s also capturing the collective flow of our whole team.

If enough of you download the app and check-in daily this week, I'll rap (or) beatbox (or) dance to whatever our collective flow is at the live session next week. What do you think? Are you in?

After you check in, it will suggest an activity to improve your flow - try it out and see if it does!
