Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vault platform provided by CodaNotion. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

The Platform offers three subscription options:
Monthly Plan: Renewed monthly.
Yearly Plan: Renewed annually.
Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment for perpetual access, as long as the platform remains active.
Service Access:
Users will receive notifications about access attempts to their Vaults while the subscription is active.
If the subscription lapses, notifications will stop, but users can still deny access to their Vaults.

1.1 Grace Period

For Monthly and Yearly plans:
If you do not renew your subscription, you will have a grace period of 3 months during which:
Trusted contacts can still register their keys and access the Vaults.
You can continue to deny access to your Vaults.
After the grace period, trusted contacts will no longer be able to register keys to unlock Vaults.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 15 days of subscribing to any plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).
No questions asked.

2.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

Lifetime Plan:
If the platform ceases operations within the first 3 years of your subscription, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund.
After 3 years, no refunds will be issued.
Yearly Plan:
If the platform ceases operations, a pro-rated refund will apply for any unused portion of the subscription period.

3. Termination of Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan remains valid as long as the platform is active.
If CodaNotion discontinues the service, Lifetime users are subject to the pro-rated refund policy outlined in Section 2.2.

4. Service Availability

Platform Discontinuation:
The Platform reserves the right to discontinue the service. In such case, yearly and lifetime subscription users will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

5. User Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring their subscription payments are up to date to continue receiving full service benefits.
Users must notify their trusted contacts of any changes in their subscription status that might affect Vault access.

6. Liability

The Platform is not liable for any data loss resulting from:
Non-renewal of subscriptions beyond the grace period.
Mismanagement of keys by users or trusted contacts.
Service discontinuation beyond the scope of the Refund Policy.

7. Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
