Recommended Flights

You don’t have to take these flights, but we put these together with time and cost in mind and we do recommend them. If you are flying from a different city not listed below, or prefer another flight, please be thoughtful around the cost of your ticket when possible!
When you book in Navan, you can see if other Codans on your flight (great for folks booking outside of these hubs).
Austin is 1.25 hours from the Hyatt, San Antonio is 15 minutes. There are more direct flights to Austin.
We are planning to arrange for 3-4 shuttles from the Austin airport to our hotel, and will plan for either coordinated rideshare groups or shuttles from the San Antonio airport according to travel plans.

Do I get a plus 1?
Given the business and company team-building focus of this event, we are not including plus 1s.
I’m going to be flying in from a different location than I am flying out to. Is that okay?
Yes, that’s okay.
Is it ok to book my flight into San Antonio to either arrive early or leave late, so that I can explore the city outside of Codathon?
Yes, that’s ok. Please be mindful of booking comparable flights to those you would take on the designated travel days. Coda will provide lodging for the days of Codathon. If you’re interested in staying in the same hotel outside of those dates, our room rate can be secured for you for the three days before and after the event (pending availability).
What are transportation options from Austin airport to San Antonio?
