10 step venture building/business framework

What is the vision statement (where does this show up, what supports the vision, where are the challenges and how do you get there)?

Who is leading this venture including an overview of the companies leadership, management, experience, etc.?

What is the value proposition (jobs, pains and gains) e.g. what jobs can be done, what pains are you addressing (what is the solution for the problem) and what are the (additional) benefits).

What does a simplified business model look like (what are your customer segments, the revenue streams, the (sales) channels, your customer relations, but also who are you your key partners, what are the needed key resources and key activities to be done)?

What is the addressable market and your obtainable market share?

How is the product market fit defined (why people cannot live without the solution)?

Where are you with regards to product development and what does the roadmap look like?

What is the marketing and communications strategy and the narrative?

What are the (pro-forma) financials benchmarks, etc.?

Where does impact show up and what are the ESG focus overview and touch points (e.g. sustainability, carbon footprint, corporate governance)?

Directions to rebuild the temple.

1 Bezalel: In the shadow of God. Do I work and live in the shadow of the Lord?

2. uri, light of Jaweh, Do I work in the Light of God? In the court of the Temple was light from the sun. our human minds are enlightened. In the Holy of Holies was the light of the candlestick. So through the oil of the Holy Spirit there is light. In Isaiah 11:2 we see the 7 Spirits, Zech 3:9 the 7 eyes, in Revelation 4:5 the 7 torches. 3 times 7. Seven is the number of fullness.. so in your Light we see the Light; and we receive revelation gifts. Only in His light do we see how it should be.

3 Chur (Hur) Noble and pure. Do I have clean motives in all the work I do? Working for the Lord must be pure. Pure motives 2 Kings 5:10

4 Judah. a worshiping God lover with outstretched hand. A worker of God must always be worshiping, a worshiping God lover. Genesis 49:8-10. If you worship God with outstretched hand Ps 63:5 Then in your hand will be placed the Ruler's staff, the scepter. Ex 17:16 Then your hand will be on the enemy's neck. Psalm 134:1-2

5 Oholiab My Father's tent (a dwelling) Do i live and work in my Father's tent. Apart from the world? A house speaks of foundation, a permanent thing. We are attached to the earth by a foundation. But a worker of God is separate from the world. Hence a tent. Lot chose the city. Abraham did not want the city.. Choose between my Father's tent or the city that perishes.. Think of Gehazi. Because of that spirit he misses his calling.. Anyone who does not deal with the world is dealt with by that world.

6 Ahisamach Brotherly support. Do I want to work in a supportive way with dedication? Helpers looked at Oholiab. Oholiab looked at Bezalel, and Bezalel looked at Moses. And Moses looked to God.. Because everything comes from God. from Him, through Him, and to Him are all things. Build not for yourself, but for God. God's workers have no Kingdom of their own. It's God's work.

7 Dan . Judge, judge. Am I sure of the right quality? This judgment has to do with our work on the house of God. 1 Cor 3:11-15. Wood, Hay, straw, silver, precious stones. All our work goes into the furnace of judgment.. So THE question is. is it virus resistant.

Summary.
