Setting you up for success, below are the nitty gritty operational details that are going to help make your internship a smooth one. As always, reach out to the intern administrators at with any questions!

Confidentiality Agreements 🤫

Prior to your start date, you signed a confidentiality agreement. Ultimately this means that you will be in the midst of extremely sensitive information that we are trusting you with. If you have to question whether or not you can share it, please don’t share. Thanks! 💪

Tech Workstations 💻

All interns will be provided with a Firebird dedicated workstation for the duration of the internship. You are responsible for your own personal workstations including the accessories and box provided to you and are expected to treat the equipment with respect. All workstations will be expected to be returned upon the end of each internship session with all the accessories and boxes that it came with so please be mindful of this upon returning.
Post - Internship returning: Return shipping labels will be provided by Firebird IT partners, Valiant, upon your internship term end.

Email and Slack 📧

You’ll each have your own Firebird provided email (first initial last name @firebird-music.com) and Slack which will be the forms of communications you will use for the duration of your internship.
Slack Channel: #fb-interns will be the Slack channel Internship Admins will use to communicate with all the interns

$$$ Things 💰

You should have received an invite from our team to get your profile set up via Tipalti. Once your profile is set up, you will be ready to upload your invoice in for payment.
All invoices can be submitted via the Tipalti portal or via email at
Note that you are responsible for tracking your hours and upon uploading into Tipalti, your mentor will be reviewing invoices for approval before payment.
