a reorganization of our current workspace to better structure our current and completed/paused projects
Defining a shared vision of requirements needed for a project workspace and documents and building towards that collective vision (i.e. templates, defining the baseline)
Tools and Resources
Required pages/documents
Identifying and implementing use cases for Coda AI and automations. Integrating these tools into our documents and building our team’s knowledge to better utilize these functionalities
Creation of Coda Templates and conducting walkthroughs of said templates
Creation of “How to’s” documents within the templates that contain information on navigating the workspace, using the tools, necessary updates to make to documents.
Creation of feedback forms and quarterly reviews to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on usage of Coda Templates
(Maybe) Outline a features/product roadmap for strong clarity and expectations and implement said updates in increments rather as one major update
