Gyro Bowls

Servings: 4-5
Steps:
Prepare chicken and start marinating.
Start cooking rice
Chop veggies
Put in meat with ~ 10 mins left for the rice to be ready

For the Chicken

2 and 1/2 lbs chicken breast
6 medium cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lemon
6 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt

Cut into 1 inch chunks, marinate for at least 30m.
Cook in oven @ 450 degrees, took about 15 mins
Sprinkle with feta cheese and pair with pita bread
