1. Client Discovery and Briefing

1.1 Initial Meeting and Project Definition:

1.2 Gather Client Assets and References:

Ask for references or examples of videos they like or wish to emulate.
2. Video Concept Development

2.1 Brainstorming and Creative Brief:

Convene a brainstorming session with the video production team.
Develop a creative brief outlining the video concept, storyline, and visual style.
Define key elements such as script, storyboard, and production requirements.

2.2 Scriptwriting and Storyboarding:
