This document is done in order to track different aspects of your health.
Basically I designed it with different sections.

: in this sections will find your meds, the prescriptions, a calendar with notifications,...

: in this section you can put you doctor team. see specialities, address,... you can also see your appointments.

: in this section you will find the different metrics. it can be self metrics like weight, blood pressure but you can also add blood analysis.
The
Data
⁠
page contains all the master tables that are used in the front views. I decided to use lookup tables to avoid large tables. Most of the time it is reference tables but sometimes it is to avoid large tables.
