As the Community + Marketing Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving app downloads and increasing community engagement through SEO, content & copy creation, in-app communication and product features, and social media campaigns. You'll work closely and report directly to the founder of the company.
Who we're looking for 🦄
You are passionate about our mission to make nature accessible to all.
Extremely comfortable operating proactively and creating your own opportunities under ambiguous circumstances.
Creative, nimble, and hungry: you spot opportunities everywhere and are excited to create new opportunities for others.
Create strategy and execute on marketing + community plans, identifying goals and performance metrics to track success; monitor and understand effectiveness of strategy and creative; making recommendations for continuous improvement.
5+ years of experience with strategy and execution around: SEO, managing community, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing (Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
You'll lead, develop, and launch social strategies and campaigns across all Neverland social platforms from inception through post-launch/sustain.
You have strong copywriting skills and ability to oversee creative ideation and development across all Neverland touch points (in-app product, website, social, etc.)
You use data to track and measure success of experiments and develop KPIs.
