I'm getting notifications about everything.

Go to

https://business.facebook.com/ads/manager/account_settings/notification_preferences/⁠

Select the Ad Account in question.

Change the notification settings as you like.

If, after changing the Ad Account, you end up on a different screen, you can change to the Notifications window in the left navbar:
