The number field in the address section was bringing up an error message on the field accepting both numbers and alphanumeric inputs but I was clearly imputing just numbers after like 4 attempts it eventually worked.

Not all users need/want to upgrade to tier 3, the KYC Compliance Field nudge on the app, creates the illusion that they are lacking something after they've already fulfilled the tier 2 requirements (the tier they ideally want to be on, considering they don't perform the volume in transactions required for tier 3). I believe this is a design oversight.

However, I was previously informed that if I used the app for utility payments, the receipt would be uploaded or recognized automatically for verification purposes.
