When I have an active investment and I go to investments from quick actions, it doesn't show me my portfolio, unless I go from the menu. If we're fine with this, then okay but I found it a bit confusing.

The number field in the address section was bringing up an error message on the field accepting both numbers and alphanumeric inputs but I was clearly imputing just numbers after like 4 attempts it eventually worked.

Not all users need/want to upgrade to tier 3, the KYC Compliance Field nudge on the app, creates the illusion that they are lacking something after they've already fulfilled the tier 2 requirements (the tier they ideally want to be on, considering they don't perform the volume in transactions required for tier 3). I believe this is a design oversight.

For the tier 2 verification, I'd suggest the NIN comes before the next of kin details, so customers would not mistake it for the next of kin’s NIN

The address street name tab limits to just 50 characters which do not allow full completion of the address. Or there should be another tab to complete the address to include the area, state etc. aside the description.

For the address capturing, It should be stated as a hint/description that customers can actually capture their home address regardless of their current location by just searching for their address on the map and pick their home.

The copy here is actually quite poor. There’s a text telling the user to turn on their camera even when it’s not going to be required
No inflow transaction, but there was a notification for inflow. Although I had to go there manually, there was no sign of a new notification (the usual red dot)

Hearing now that mobile doesn’t indicate that red indicator because the backend doesn’t send a counter with notifications
The biometric feature will not function unless the password is filled in first. While my password works correctly to grant access, the biometrics alone are not working as expected.

Started the Sycamore account with Providus and later moved to WEMA. The staging app retained the Providus account

It appears the user already had 2 accounts; providus(primary) and wema and when one was moved to secondary, the providus was somewhow moved instead
After submitting the address verification with OKI, you do not get a message that it is in review. It just goes back to the first step for OKI verification

The user should not be allowed to start another address capturing if they have just completed one
I have completed all the required fields on the page, but the "Proceed" icon has not appeared. I realized this happened because I initially missed the "Salary and Wages" icon. I would like to suggest making this icon more visible to users to avoid similar confusion in the future.

When logging in on the web dashboard. The login alert received did not show what device I used. This is valuable because so you are sure it’s the right device you’re actually logging into.

The system currently only accepts numbers for house addresses, which does not accommodate locations that use alphabets. Because of this limitation, I was unable to use my primary address and had to provide an alternative one instead

Currently, when I type "guraunty" into the search field, no results are returned. I have to type "Gtb" specifically to get Guaranty Trust Bank to appear. It seems the search is not recognizing the full name or common variations.

We can ensure banks like GTB are written as:
Guaranty Trust Bank(GTB) or
First City Monument Bank(FCMB)

This was a persistent issue that
I currently use the app to purchase electricity (Nepa light). While attempting to verify my address, the app is requesting that I manually upload a utility receipt. However, I was previously informed that if I used the app for utility payments, the receipt would be uploaded or recognized automatically for verification purposes.
Could you please look into this and let me know if there is a way to sync my recent purchases for address verification.
