Overall Pipeline Health Key:
GREEN = Strong Pipeline
Strong late stage candidates, likely to go to offer and close very soon
YELLOW = Good Pipeline
Decent volume of candidates in play, few strong mid stage candidates
RED = Weak Pipeline
Low/poor candidate activity, no strong mid/late stage candidates
