The Zen in this workshop is of the Sanbo Kyodan-type traced back to Philip Roshi Kapleau. It combines Rinzai and Soto elements.
The meditation - zazen - will last from 30 - 40 min.
The meditation will be held Mon - Sat at 11.00.
On Monday there will be an introduction to Buddhism and Zen before the meditation.
On Tuesday a koan will be issued.
Chanting of the four vows will take place on some days.

Kissing is pretty awesome, but face it most of you hippies just smash your faces together without a clue.
Lets change that now with our own kissing consultant (previously creator of the kissing booth and kissing WS of Borderland 2017-2018) we have created a course with several practical exercises (as the famous, Kissing car-washTM) and how to make a whole menu of different kisses and techniques.
When graduating, may or may not lead to better knowledge of kissing and/or rashes around lips.
