Who can see the forms I submit?

Government Team

As a Sub County Early Childhood Development Officer (SECD)/Program Officer (PO) you see submissions for schools you support. This is also true for other Early Childhood Development officers (ECDOs)/Ward Coordinators.

EIDU team

The EIDU Officers see the submissions of the Sub County Early Childhood Development Officer (SECD)O/Program Officer (PO) and Early Childhood Development officers (ECDOs)/Ward Coordinators. The EIDU Officers also see submissions of their respective Junior EIDU Officer.

Reassigned Officers

If you get assigned to a school that was previously supported by another ECD Officer, then you will also be able to see the submissions for this specific school made previously by this ECD Officer. The same is true if another ECD Officer is assigned one of your schools.
