Prerequisite:

You should have your own EIDU phone.

You need to have the Kocha app installed (

Log in to the EIDU Field app⁠

Go to the “Learn how to use EIDU Field forms” forms. It will explain the different form fields. Eventually, submit the form.

Tap on Submissions in the tap bar in the main app menu.

Tap on “My Submissions” in the top.

Tap on the latest submission to see the input that you have provided within the form.
